This picture was taken in Covilhã, one of the highest portuguese cities, situated in Serra da Estrela... and this is the biggest hotel of this city, located in the middle of an almost abandoned and old historical center, full of greyish ruined houses, wish makes a great contrast between this new and bright building and the other old, greyish and ruined houses...
